If you’re experiencing issues and need support, call us on 1300 878 468 & we'll try our best to help you over the phone.

If solving the issue over the phone isn’t possible, we'll organise for one of our local technicians to come to you. Our call out fee for this is $220 for the first hour and $165 for every hour thereafter (prices are inclusive of GST). If you’re on one of our internet plans, you’ll receive 50% off the stated prices.

Modem Relocation

The location of the NBN box determines your modem location for FTTP connections. For FTTN connections, the location of an available socket determines your modem location. If your modem is in a corner of your house or surrounded by concrete walls, the signal strength can be limited.

We can assist with moving your modem to a more central location. Moving the modem somewhere central will often increase performance & coverage. A common relocation is moving the modem from the garage to the kitchen or living room.

Access Points

Access points are a great way to improve coverage and signal strength throughout larger properties.

Unlike boosters, access points are a wired extension of your network. They provide an extra connection point for your devices if they’re too far away from the modem.

If you'd like internet in your shed or granny flat, access points can achieve this. We run a cable from your house to the secondary building & mount the access point in there.

Access points can be wall or ceiling mounted, either inside or outside. Ask us about the latest Ubiquiti models we supply.
